Cute place in B more! I stopped by in the morning after a concert and the staff was super friendly and the selection of coffee and especially pastries were almost never ending. I really enjoyed the mini pastry dozen box to try out and the pistachio pastry is a must try. Cute little place to hide away as well.

This is my go-to when I'm downtown for lunch, particularly for the annual trek to the courthouse for jury duty. The fourth star is partly in memory of what used to be and what is possible with a little effort. It's not what it once was, I assume they made changes during COVID and have not returned to their pre-COVID model. It used to have carry out as well as full table service, now everything is ordered at the counter and brought to your table. One of the two dining rooms is being used for random storage, but there is now a large number of cafe tables outside the side entrance. There are a couple of indoor tables, too, in the front of the space. They have a great variety of baked goods, both sweet and savory. I love their kouign amann. Quiches are quite good for an American-style type. The menu is reduced from previous years and it would help a lot if they updated both the website and the physical chalkboard menu. The pâté sandwich is my favorite, and this time I had it with a cup of tomato soup. But I miss their variety of salads and hope to see them back soon. Someone is taking good care of their coffee program, though. Illy is not my first choice but a solid one and traditional café taste. One final notice for the workers - it would be great if you could find a place to park your bike without blocking the restroom.

Cafe Poupon has the nicest employees, amazing coffee and great pastries! Everything I have tried here so far is great (croissants, brioche) and the cappuccino is delicious!

Delicious coffee and croissants! Staff were very friendly and my order was ready quickly. I got breakfast that I enjoyed there and a second order of items to go. My to go order was beautifully packaged.
